Abstract This thesis reports a precise measurement of the e+e- -< pi+pi-pi0 cross section in the center-of-mass energies from 0.62 GeV to 3.5 GeV using the radiative-return method. We use a data sample of electronpositron collisions, corresponding to 191 fb-1 of the integrated luminosity, collected at a center-of-mass energy near the Y(4S) resonance with the Belle II detector at the SuperKEKB collider. We measure the cross section and discuss the contribution to the hadronic-vacuum-polarization components of the muon anomalous magnetic moment from the 3pi channel.
