BELLE2-TALK-CONF-2023-115

Recent results from the Belle II experiment

Eugenio Paoloni

28 September 2023
The XVIII International Conference on Topics in Astoparticle and Underground Physics

Abstract: The Belle II experiment at the SuperKEKB asymmetric-energy electron-positron collider has been collecting the world’s highest-intensity collisions at the (4S) since 2019. A data set comparable in size to that of predecessor experiments, and collected with the new detector, enables unique or world-leading results. Examples include indirect searches for non-standard-model physics in the weak interactions of quarks, determinations of fundamental standard-model parameters, and direct searches for low-mass dark matter. This talk presents a selection of recent results and briefly discusses future perspectives.
