A data set comparable in size to that of predecessor experiments, and collected with a new detector, enables unique or world-leading results in indirect searches for non-standard-model physics through the weak interactions of quarks, in determinations of fundamental standard-model parameters, and in direct searches for low-mass dark matter. This talk presents a selection of recent results and briefly discusses future perspectives. 000003776 8560_ $$fdjaffe@bnl.gov 000003776 8564_ $$uhttps://docs.belle2.org/record/3776/files/BELLE2-TALK-CONF-2023-112.pdf
