Abstract: Belle II実験の中央飛跡検出器（CDC）のinner chamberを製作し宇宙線テストにより設計通り動作することを確認した。また、ガス中を荷電粒子が通過中のエネルギー損失を測定する信号読み出し電子回路の特性を評価し、要求性能を満たすことを確認した。
