It was a pleasure reading the well written proceedings draft. I have few comments at your disposal, please have a look:
Section 1
=o= The Belle II experiment is a B-factory experiment located at the KEK laboratory -> The Belle II experiment is located at the KEK laboratory
=o= of which 34.6 fb−1 was taken at COM energy of 10.58 GeV, corresponding to the Υ(4S) resonance, and 3.2 fb −1 was taken 60 MeV below Υ(4S) resonance. -> of which 3.2 fb −1 was taken 60 MeV below Υ(4S) resonance. (the data taken at Y(4S) obvious from aforementioned texts)
=o= Acronym VXD, CDC and ECL never used, so they can be dropped
=o= PID is defined twice (in later text)
Section 2
----------
=o= You may want to change the symbol \ell (lepton) to electron, as discuss only about electron.
=o= The sentence with text "suppress the continuum backgrounds, where" doesn't read well. You amy want to rephrase it.
Section 3
-----------
=o= for decay reconstruction -> for other B decay reconstruction?
=o= You may want to use the term B^{0}_{tag} instead of B_{tag}, to be consistent with definition in the caption.
=o= momentum and energy in the COM frame -> momentum and energy in the COM frame, respectively.
