000001766 520__ $$aIn this thesis, a novel approach for B meson flavor tagging using Deep Neural Networks is presented. Instead of assigning single tracks with dedicated classifiers to single categories and combining them afterwards, this approach considers each event at once. Studies on the classifier performance on Monte Carlo show promising results.
