Abstract In this work we study the possibility to find the τ − → π + μ − μ − ν τ channel in the Belle II detector, located in KEKB laboratory. This channel violate the leptonic number by two units and if found, it would be a proof of the Majorana nature of the neutrinos. However, up to this day the experiment have not started and all data used in this work have been simulated. In order to have an approximation to real experiment or real data we used two set of variables: Reconstruction data and Simulation data. We considered the transverse momentum, pseudorapidity, and polar angle distributions to reconstruct as well as possible the generated events. Furthermore, we considered τ − → π + μ − μ + ν τ and τ − → π + π − π − ν τ channels as background. We generated 50000 events for each channel using the KKMC generator.
