Abstract Dalitz-plot technique provides an essential tool at B-factories to achieve many important results on B decays, D decays etc. Dalitz analysis of D three-body decays is performed with quasi-two-body channels to efficiently measure interferences of intermediate states and study light hadron spectroscopy, like spin, parity, line-shape etc. CP violation in charm sector is studied across Dalitz plot of D decays. D0-D0bar mixing is measured via time-dependent Dalitz analysis which is the only method sensitive to linear order in both two mixing parameters. Some achievements via Dalitz analysis on charm physics at B-factories are reviewed. As we know, SuperKEKB plans to reach peak luminosity, 8*10^{35} /cm^2/s, about 40 times of KEKB, and Belle II detector will begin her full physical running next year and targets to collect 50 times of dataset achieved by Belle detector. Considering larger dataset and improved performances at Belle II detector, some prospects of Dalitz analysis on charm physics at the Belle II experiment are presented. Some approval plots of re-discoveries based on Phase2 dataset at Belle II are shown.
