Abstract: We present status of Belle II Experiment with SuperKEKB accelerator at KEK, Tsukuba. We present the detector upgrade from Belle to Belle II and accelerator upgrade from KEKB to SuperKEKB. Current status and initial performance obtained with the phase 2 run, which is the first e+e- collision run of the SuperKEKB and BelleII without VXD. The phase 3 preparation status and outlook of the early phase 3 physics will be shown.
